Trap Bar ROKK RPG-153

Due to its shape, the bar is widely used in deadlifts, farmer's walks, but is also great for shrugs.

The structure of the bar increases the speed, power and output strength of the exercise. It provides more flexibility and freedom of movement than in typical DL. The neutral grip helps to maintain the center of gravity and is very safe at the same time.

Construction of steel profiles

Durable and rigid construction based on 60x40 profiles with a wall thickness of 3 mm. The frame has been powder coated, which makes it resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Practical facilities

Knowing the disadvantages of exercise equipment in many gyms from our own experience, we have introduced several practical facilities:

Weight holders

The holders are protected with a durable anti-corrosion coating that protects the handles against scratching.

Protective rings

The weight holders are additionally secured with a ring, which will protect the structure against abrasion and impact.

Structural coating

The bar is finished with a structural powder paint, which will ensure a firm grip and limit the movement of the hand.
