ROKK Smart RDL-306 is a home use bench that guarantees the quality of many benches found in gyms. This equipment significantly surpasses other producers benches in the segment of benches intended for private use. The bench allows you to train many muscle groups. We focused the biggest attention on the comfort and safety of exercise.RDL-306 is a model that has been appreciated by many customers and users.
Our idea was to create a product fully ready for heavy and demanding training, while offering equipment at an acceptable price.
In addition to the great functionality, we had to take into account all the practical aspects of using this equipment in gyms and provide maximum comfort exercising with a heavy load. It is a bench that combines many possibilities, while fully maintaining ergonomics and comfort during exercise.
Functional construction in training bench
We used certified steel profiles 60x60 with a wall thickness of 2 mm. The frame of the structure holds a total of 300 kg which will be perfect not only for beginners, but also advanced users.When it comes to durability, not only the profile matters. Our backrests are made in the form of a grid of steel profiles and densely spaced laser-cut plates. This solution gives a sense of security during exercise.
The stability of the exercise bench is ensured by 4 support points, additionally equipped with rubber feet that prevent the equipment from moving.
The design also allows storage of equipment in an upright position .
Professional upholstery
Our bench has been finished with certified, very durable upholstery made of synthetic leather. This solution will allow you to train in hygienic and comfortable conditions.The synthetic leather we selected is the perfect material for training benches because:
- it is matte, with very good adhesion
- does not absorb sweat and moisture
- does not give off unpleasant odors
- it is easy to clean and maintain
- is resistant to abrasion and scratches
- it is antifungal and antibacterial
- UV resistant, can be used outdoors

Backrest and seat adjustment in the exercise bench
Our ROKK Smart RDL-306 bench has 8-step backrest angle adjustment allowing you to exercise in the following position:- horizontal
- positive slope
- negative slope
The seat has a 3-step tilt angle adjustment.
Seat inclination angles: 0, 20, 30

Ergonomy
We made sure that you can exercise comfortably on our benches. After years of our own experience in the gym and collecting the opinions of more advanced users of strength training equipment, we have introduced a number of amenities in our constructions:- The height of the bench 45 cm allows you to put your legs in the most natural position which will contribute to press extra kilograms and eliminate the feeling of discomfort.
- The optimal backrest width of 28 cm allows for functional strength training.
- Our backrests and seats are made of thick layered plywood, which is a natural material, made of environmentally friendly renewable raw materials. Plywood has an increased strength in relation to its weight than other wood-based panels.
- The backrest and seat are made of steel profiles and laser-cut plates. This combination is used in professional exercise benches. We offer high-class equipment recommended for home exercises.
- 4 cm thick polyurethane foam is the optimal choice for professional gym equipment. The bench does not crush the back and at the same time allows you to spread the body well to the surface of the bench. The appropriate hardness of the foam facilitates laying down, also when using heavy loads.
- Matte synthetic leather guarantees good grip during exercise

We have decided that our brand's exercise equipment will not deviate from the standards, and therefore it will be easier for us to introduce corrections and amenities. The screws are hidden under masking plugs, which make them not visible and are easy to remove them.
The upholstery has been trimmed with a thick thread, which eliminates folds and bends that could cause discomfort during exercise.
The black metal plate under the backrest additionally strengthens the structure and has a masking function.
